The project
Design and build HSBC’s first Robo Life Insurance to replace the existing fragmented journey.
Creative concept and design of the end to end journey of a life insurance calculator. Prototyping, testing and handover to development. Illustrations for the fun bit.
The outcome is a fully digital journey leading the customer through the process of establishing their protection needs and enabling them to make informed decisions. The calculator was rolled out across global markets in 2019/20.
Creative concepts and design templates for global luxury hotel and spa resort Mandara Spa. The new website is currently under development.

My role
Lead UI Designer working client-side for UBS on the design of their conference hub
The project
NTT Data was asked to design and build a fully personalised central conference hub for UBS Neo clients, where users could find, browse, register and join all UBS conferences. The existing event pages presented as a fragmented experience with limited capabilities and they were hosted on different platforms.
My role involved working with a dedicated UX Designer through the discovery phase, interviewing users and stakeholders, liaising with the internal Neo team and adapting the new UBS design system. The deliverables were hi-fidelity designs for developmental handover and an in-detail documentation.

Senior UI Designer working client-side on the launch of UBS SmartWealth, the Bank’s first Robo Advisor
The project
UBS asked creative agency Else London to concept, design and build a new investment application that combines digital wealth management with personalised financial advice. Starting with a discovery phase agency-side, the responsive web application was designed, built, tested and iterated by a multi-disciplinary, agile team at the client’s head office.
The beta version went live in November 2016 and the UK launch followed in February 2017.

Complete makeover of the website for German super yacht manufacturer Blohm & Voss as an assignment with brand design consultancy Inaria.

Interface design of an iPad App for a new property development in the Swiss Alpine resort St. Moritz, commissioned by luxury boutique hotel group Grace Hotels. The App will be primarily used as a sales and marketing tool. It was launched in January 2016.
